EVENING VISITS have a special atmosphere of their own. Other visitors have left and you can enjoy the peaceful ambience of the house and grounds.

WINE ON THE TERRACE
This private visit caters for those who wish to enjoy the atmosphere of an early evening visit without a meal. Weather permitting, wine will be served in the castle courtyard. This offers an ideal opportunity for visitors to enjoy the gardens on a quiet summer evening, prior to taking the castle tour. (When weather conditions prevent this, drinks will be served at the Coach House or in the Castle.)
The inclusive cost for the tour and glass of chilled white wine/mineral water is £13 per person.
Free places do not apply on any evening visit.

EARLY EVENING VISIT

We can offer a tour of the castle (£11 per person) or a tour of the castle combined with a tour of the park using your coach (£12 per person). For either of these visits you are welcome to include time to explore the gardens at leisure.
