WHEN IS GRIMSTHORPE OPEN?

Sunday 31st March then every Sunday, Thursday and Bank Holiday Monday until the end of May.

From 2nd June to 30th September we are open five days per week.

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

The Castle is open on the same days as the Park and Gardens.


PARK & GARDENS
open 11am to 6pm.

Last admission to park 5.00pm.

CASTLE opens 1pm on the same days as the park.

Last admission to Castle 4.00pm.


Guided tours obligatory on weekdays (tour duration is around one hour). Tours depart every half hour, starting at 1pm and places are limited.
Self-guided on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays

The site is closed on Fridays and Saturdays (except 5-6 July when events are taking place. Castle will be closed on these days).

Wedding Receptions
We do not produce printed material relating to weddings and receptions.The castle does not have a licence for civil weddings and at present there are no plans to secure a licence. For the past ten years we have hosted a number of wedding receptions in the grounds.
