Important information about your visit   Please note that our new visitor entrance and exit is located on the hill in Grimsthorpe Village. Please follow the brown tourism signs. Our new visitor car park is located on the right as you drive in, where you can park, and then walk to the ticket office. Tuesday 7 July 2020 It is with regret that we have taken the extremely difficult decision not to reopen Grimsthorpe Castle, gardens or park this year, to the public. We know this will come as a disappointment to our visitors and staff, but due to the ongoing effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, we feel this is the right option to take.
