Attributed to Henry Scheemakers and Henry Cheere.   A white marble bust of Peregrine, 2nd Duke of Ancaster, wearing an elaborate breastplate, first half of the 18th Century.   Peregrine (1685-1742) was the second but eldest surviving son of Robert, 1st Duke of Ancaster, and his first wife, Mary Wynn.
