- Tours cannot be booked in advance but you can buy your Castle, Park & Gardens ticket online, then book onto your Castle tour at the Ticket Hut on arrival.
- Tour times are based on a first come, first served basis at 12pm, 12.30pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm, with extra tours if demand requires.
- On free-flow days there will be the option of two guided tours.
