SEASON TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Tickets can be used to gain access to Grimsthorpe Park on any standard open day during the 2022 season. We are open Sundays, Thursdays and Bank Holiday Mondays from 3rd April – 22nd May 2022. From 22nd May – 29th September we are open most Sundays through to Thursdays We also open during October half term (24th to 30th October), please see opening dates and times on our website nearer the time.
- Season Tickets do not allow access to events unless otherwise stated on our website where discounted entry may be available. Advanced booking for the outdoor theatre in August is essential.
- A Family Season Ticket is intended for use by two named adults, living at the same address, and up to three of their children (5 to 16 years of age). The Trust reserves the right to ask non-named visitors to purchase day tickets.
- An Individual Season Ticket is intended for use by the named holder of the ticket only.
- A Child Season Ticket is intended for use by the named child only when accompanied by an Adult Season Ticket holder.
- Season Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- There is no limit to the number of times a Season Ticket can be presented.
- The Trust reserves the right to request additional proof of identity.
- Season Ticket holders will be entitled to a 5% discount off purchases in the Gift Shop (excluding ice creams and soft drinks). Please present your Season Ticket when making a purchase.
- If a Season Ticket is lost, please let us know as soon as possible. You will be able to gain one entry to the Park by giving us your name and address. A replacement card will be issued at a charge of £5.
- We will occasionally contact you by email with important information, special offers and news. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive this information.
